中国城市科学研究会绿色建筑与节能专业委员会（简称：中国城科会绿建委），英文名称China Green Building Council，缩写为China GBC，是经中国科协批准，民政部登记注册的中国城市科学研究会的分支机构，是协助政府推动我国绿色建筑发展的全国性、公益性学术团体，业务归住房和城乡建设部指导。本会由全国从事绿色建筑研究与实践的专家、学者、专业技术人员和城市规划、建筑设计、房地产开发、工程建设、咨询服务及科研、教育等有关部门和企事业单位组成。

本会的宗旨：坚持科学发展观，面向经济建设，深入研究社会主义市场经济条件下发展绿色建筑与建筑节能的理论与政策，努力创建适应中国国情的绿色建筑与建筑节能的科学体系，提高我国在快速城镇化过程中资源能源利用效率，保障和改善人居环境；积极参与国际学术交流，推动绿色建筑与建筑节能的技术进步，促进绿色建筑科技人才成长；发挥桥梁与纽带作用，为促进我国绿色建筑与建筑节能事业的发展做出贡献。

本会的办会原则：产研结合、务实创新、服务行业、民主协商。

本会的主要业务范围：从事绿色建筑与节能理论研究；开展学术交流和国际合作，组织专业技术培训，编辑出版专业书刊，开展宣传教育活动，普及绿色建筑的相关知识，为政府主管部门和企业提供咨询服务。

China Green Building Council

Overview

China Green Building Council ( China GBC ) is a branch of Chinese Society for Urban Studies, approved by the Chinese Association for Science and Technology and registered by the Ministry of Civic Affairs. It is a non-profit national and academic organization to support the government in promoting the green building development in China, which is directed by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural. It is formed freely by experts, scholars and professionals who are engaged in green building research and practice and by a wide range of companies and  enterprises in the fields of planning, design, real estate development, engineering, construction and consultation, as well as by research and educational institutions and related administrative agencies.

The China GBC’s mission: to insist on the scientific view of development, engage in thorough research on theories and policies to promote green building and building energy efficiency in the context of the socialist market economy, endeavor to construct a scientific system of green buildings and building energy efficiency that is best suited to national conditions, improve the efficiency in resource and energy use in China’s rapid urbanization, protect and improve human habitat, actively participate in global academic exchange, promote advancement of green building and building energy efficiency technology, support talent development and facilitate communication and collaboration for the development of green building and building energy saving in China.

China GBC’s organizational principle: to persist in collaboration between the industry and academic community, focus on implementation and innovation, service the industry, and implement democratic consultation.

China GBC’s Scope of Business: conduct researches on theories relating to green building and building energy efficiency, do academic exchanges and international cooperation, organize professional and technical training, compile academic publications, organize public outreach and education programs for promotion of green building knowledge, and provide consulting services to relevant governmental departments and business entities.

发展历程

中国城市科学研究会绿色建筑与节能专业委员会自2008年3月成立，致力于推进绿色建筑的发展与普及，确定了抓两条线的工作路线：一是促进地方绿色建筑机构建设，形成推进工作的联盟和网络，发挥中央和地方两个积极性；二是内部设置专业学组，形成专业技术核心，开展学术和技术研发与交流活动。通过地方绿色建筑机构拓展推广的区域和范围，通过专业学组的学术活动引导深化绿色建筑的发展。

截止到2017年底，已组建了18个专业学组,与30个省市区的地方机构建立了紧密的业务联系，基本形成覆盖全国和各专业领域的绿色建筑推广网络。

针对绿色建筑与地域性条件和环境密切相关的突出特点，倡导并分别建立了热带和亚热带地区、夏热冬冷地区以及严寒和寒冷地区绿色建筑联盟，搭建起专业学术与技术领域深入研讨和交流的平台，成功举办了地域性绿色建筑技术论坛，探讨地区绿色建筑发展面临的共性问题，推动地区绿色建筑的快速深入发展。

与世界绿色建筑委员会（WGBC）及美国、澳大利亚、新加坡等国家和地区绿色建筑委员会及其他相关组织建立了友好关系，组织互访，交流研讨，开展合作项目，共同促进发展绿色建筑。

Development history

Since China Green Building Council (China GBC) was founded in 2008 March, he devotes himself to its development and popularization for green buildings, and determines to undertake two approaches mainly for the organization: One is facilitating the blossom of local green building institutions and forming into alliance and network. Both central and local initiative bring into play. The other one is setting up professional committees as branches and forming into core technology. They are to conduct research and organize both academic and technical exchange activities. Briefly, China GBC promotes the development of green building nationwide via local green building institutions and deepen via professional activities undertaken by committees.

By the end of 2012, 22 professional committees and the Youth Committee has been established, more than 20 local institutions work closely with China GBC. Nowadays, a promotion network has come into being basically, which covers nationwide and various professional fields.

In Allusion to the salient feature of green building closely related to regional conditions and environment, China GBC advocated and established Green Building Alliances respectively in the tropical and subtropical zone, hot summer and cold winter zone, and severe cold and cold zones, which set up a platform for the professional exploration and exchange deeply, and has successfully held the regional Green Building Forum to explore the common issues faced by the regional green building development, promoting the further development of the regional green building.

China GBC builds long-term friendship with World Green Building Council (WGBC), the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) and Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC), etc. Interactions among those organizations have been taken frequently through exchanging visits, academic discussions and cooperation projects，their common target is promoting the development of green building together.
